It’s a study note, a portfolio, and a small of my journey. It’s also where I find inspiration for the future.

About Me

Coming from a background in statistics, I kicked off my career as a generalist BA in consulting, working with Japanese firms on their digital strategy. Yes, it sounds chaotic. And it was.

When COVID hit, I made the move back to Taipei, my hometown, and eventually started my own consulting firm, OOSGA. Taiwan felt like an alternate reality—while the world was grappling with the pandemic, life here was stable, almost like COVID didn’t exist. On top of that, with companies rushing back from China due to the trade war, the Taiwanese economy was booming. For the first two years, companies’ bottom lines looked great.

It was the perfect time to be in digital strategy consulting. Businesses were coming to firms like mine. With strong balance sheets (extra cash) and an unstable outlook, they were looking for consulting to, for lack of a better word, hand them their crystal ball.

During the time, I had the opportunities to serve some of the largest firms in Taiwan on topics ranging from strategy development, customer experience, to market entry strategy. My team quickly grew from a 1-person team to a squad of 2 team and 12 people focusing on strategy & implementation.
