Exploring the intersection of finance, data science, strategy, and most critically, Real Estate.

About Me

I have a strong background in strategy consulting, particularly in marketing and new market entry. With six years of experience working on complex projects for some of the largest firms in Asia, I pride myself on being one of the few who can tackle challenges that leave executives uncertain. I led my strategy consulting firm, OOSGA, as it grew in Taiwan and expanded quickly into Singapore and Japan.

After COVID, I decided to transition into real estate, a sector I had little knowledge or experience in but was fascinated by. After building bpm.com.tw, I gained the attention of some of the top developers, retailers, and brokers in Taiwan. I then helped them model their location strategies and develop frameworks and structures for portfolio management. It became clear to me that I had identified something the sector wasn’t paying much attention to.

However, to truly add value in this emerging trend, I realized I needed more than just strategy, statistics, and my limited digital expertise—I needed a deep understanding of finance and the data science behind it. This is why I’m committed to pursuing the knowledge and expertise required to explore the intersection of these fields, as mentioned in the headline.

I am currently working in investor relations for a land developer and private equity firm focused on residential development projects in the U.S. While not directly involved in the frontline deals, I’ve had the opportunity to observe how the sell-side operates in real estate financing.

What I do

In the meantime, I’m working to deepen my financial acumen and explore the intersection of finance, data science, strategy, and real estate. I built this website with three main goals:

  • To document my journey, treating it like a study note where I can both teach and learn.
  • To inspire others to join me on this path, with the hope that we can discover something together.
  • To showcase my capabilities and attract great opportunities.

My Goal

There is a list of skills I am looking to acquire in the coming years and a list of projects that I will build. I will..
